Mindfulness Meditation gRoup (all 8 sessions)

Beginning on October 5th, Emma will be offering a FREE 30-minute psychoeducational mindfulness meditation group every Thursday evening at 6:30pm MST. In this 8-week virtual series, she will guide you through a variety of meditation practices to help you slow down, tune in, and mindfully connect to the present moment. Each week, you will have the support of Emma and other like-minded people on this journey. To reserve your space in the group, we ask that you sign up at least 48 hours in advance. Read More

  • Practice self-care and compassion for yourself and others
  • Have the support of other like-minded people on this journey

This group is open to clients and therapists alike. You can sign up for each group individually or all of the sessions collectively. We look forward to you joining us each week and taking this time for YOU!
